If you are having trouble logging in, there are several steps we recommend you to take to solve this problem:
1. Make sure that you are using the correct access method, which is the one you used to enter the app for the first time (with your email if you first logged in before November 2020, with your cellphone number if you first logged in from November 2020 and on).
2. Make sure you’ve closed the app completely (from the active apps on your background) and try reopening it.
3. If this doesn’t work, try erasing the app and downloading it again.
