When you vinculate your card with certain merchants, they perform a verification charge to make sure your card is active and functioning properly. These charges are usually within a range from 1$ to $20 pesos.

The exact amount of these charges depend on the merchant and they will do the refund according to their own policies, taking as long as 15 days. We recommend contacting the merchant to check if the charge that you don’t recognize is indeed a verification charge.
