Each merchant has their own refund policy, but you can be sure that as soon as the merchant sends us your money, we’ll get it straight to your account and you’ll see a refund line in your movements’ screen.

If the refund is related to a verification charge, which happens when you register your card on certain platforms, you’ll see the money back in 10 to 12 days, and it will be shown in your balance and the original charge will disappear.
