What information is needed to receive a transfer?

You can make transfers to your card number only if they come from another Fondeadora account.

If the transfer that you’ll receive comes from a different institution, it is very important that the transfer is made to your CLABE, if not, STP will return the money to the original account.

You can validate this directly in Banco de México, if you generate the operation’s CEP, the status will show the transaction has been returned.

Your CLABE will always be available for you to send it to your contacts and ask for a transfer. To do so all you have to do is:

Main menu

  1. The main screen of your app has a menu at the bottom, by clicking on the card icon you can select the option Add funds.

  2. Then select Bank transfer.

This will show you the instructions to fund your account through a SPEI transfer and show you your CLABE, which you must send to anyone who will transfer money to you.

Settings menu

  1. By clicking in your profile picture, you’ll open the settings menu

  2. Select account info to see your CLABE.

Here you can share both your CLABE and the name of the bank that the person transferring must select.
