If your card was stolen or lost, it’s important that you block your card from within the app as soon as possible. You can do it this way:
Enter the settings menu
Select lock card
You can ask for a new card directly in our customer support chart or by sending an email from your account’s email to soporte@fondeadora.com
It’s important to note that the option to block your card is only enabled if your card has been previously activated, if not, you must contact customer support through the chat so that we can help you with it.
